Get in standard plank position, bring the right knee to the right elbow and switch to bodybuildinf the left knee to the left elbow. Second work out of the day supporting my crew. To perform, lie down on your back bodybiulding sure it is flat against the floor. Bend your knees so that your upper body and lower legs are 45 degrees angle.
Keep your feet flat on the floor about shoulder width apart. Raise your bodubuilding off the ground and contract your obliques from side to side touching your heels with your finger tips.
